一．房间预定
1.电话或电子邮件与酒店/旅舍联系，请详细说明（表格）：入住日期、离店日期、客人姓名、国籍、所预定房型、数量等信息，并请将身份证或护照复印件传真至酒店。
2.酒店、旅舍接到订单后，在3个工作日之内会与您联系，告知所预定房间是否可以。
3.经确认可预订后，将总房费汇至指定帐户，请保留好汇款凭证，并将凭证复印件传真至酒店预订部。
4.酒店电子邮件或传真给您房间预定确认单，请保留好预定确认单，入住酒店时请在前台出示该确认单。

二．房费
房费为所预定房间，在店入住期间的总房费，即房价×天数×间数

三．预定取消
1.2008年2月1日前取消预定，全额退付房款（汇款费用由客人承担）。
2.2008年2月1日—5月31日取消预定，退付50%房款。
3.2008年6月1日以后取消预定，房款不退。

Process of Reservation in 2008 Olympic Games

I. Room Reservation
1. Contact our hotel via telephone or Internet. Please briefly tell us your the date of arrivaal, date of leaving, your name, nationality, type of room, number etc. Please fax your cope of your ID card and Passport.
2. After getting your order form of hostel, we will contact you within three days and check whether your booking room is availble.
3. After checking, you should remit the price to the appointing accounts. Please keep your receipt and fax it to our room reservation.
4. Please keep the bill of confirmation of our hotel’s via E-mail or fax, when you arrive our hotel and show it to our reception desk.

II.Room fees

Room fees=room fee per night×nights×room number

III.Cancelling the reservation
1. Cancelling the reservation before Feb 1st, 2008, we will send back all your room fees(remittance will be paied by yourself).
2. Cancelling the reservation during Feb 1st, 2008 to May.31, 2008, the room fees will be send by 50%.
3. Cancelling the reservation after June 1st, 2008, we will keep all your room fees.
